GET/v1/apple-music/track1 credit

Returns one song: title, album, artist, artwork, and when read from an album URL also its duration, track and disc number and preview.

01Query parameters

Name	Type	Description
idoptional	string	The Apple Music song id, e.g. `1833328840` (US storefront). One of `id` or `url` is required; `url` wins when both are given.
urloptional	string	The music.apple.com song URL, e.g. `https://music.apple.com/us/album/lover/1468058165?i=1468058172`. An album URL with `?i=<song id>` names one of its tracks; a `/song/` URL is accepted too. The storefront in the URL (`us`, `gb`, `tr`, …) is the one read.

Common to every endpoint

Any route can answer these: a missing or wrong key, no credits left, the platform not answering, or a failure on our side. None of them costs credits.

04Notes

By `id` or a `/song/` URL the song page is read, which has no duration, track or disc number or preview (they are null); by an album URL with `?i=` the album page's row is read, which has all of them. Items share one shape: `id`, `kind`, `title`, `subtitle`, `album`, `url`, `artwork` (1200×1200 URL, size, colours), `duration_ms`, `track_number`, `disc_number`, `artist_name`, `explicit`, `preview_url`, `track_count`; a value the page does not give is null. An unknown id, or a `?i=` that is not on that album, is a free 404; an album URL without `?i=`, or a URL of another kind, is a free 400.

05Errors & credits

Every error has success: false, a real HTTP status and costs no credits.

400missing_parameter
A required parameter is missing or invalid.
403private_account
The account is private or age-restricted.
404not_found
No such account.
503upstream_error
The platform did not answer; retry shortly.
