Reels are in `reels`; pass `cursor` back while `has_more` is true. Instagram answers an unknown audio id with an empty list, so it is an empty list for 0 credits (not a 404), like an empty page; a non-numeric id is a free 400.
05Errors & credits
Every error has success: false, a real HTTP status and costs no credits.

A required parameter is missing or invalid.

The account is private or age-restricted.
404not_found
No such account.

The platform did not answer; retry shortly.
