Searches Pinterest for pins matching a keyword and returns one page of results in `pins`, with a `cursor` for the next page.

Results are pins only; each has a string `title`. A page holds roughly 16 to 25 pins. Pass the answer's `cursor` back as `cursor` for the next page; it is null when there are no more results. A search that finds nothing returns 200 with an empty `pins` list and costs 0 credits.
05Errors & credits
Every error has success: false, a real HTTP status and costs no credits.
400missing_parameter
A required parameter is missing or invalid.
403private_account
The account is private or age-restricted.
404not_found
No such account.
503upstream_error
The platform did not answer; retry shortly.
